There’s something good about him.
Let him know what those things are.
Saw thank you and then show him you’re thankful.
In everything you do, your intention should be to give love.
In every word spoken…
In every action taken…
Intentionally love him.
I’m not a comedian, but I heard this was Rock T’s Joke of the Day one morning when I was driving to work:
Q: What does Snoop Dogg say when it rains?
A: Fa’ Drizzle.
Super cheesy, I know, but he liked it. We were on the downside of THE argument and I was trying everything I could come up with the cheer him up. I’d bounced around to his favorite song, put on my shortest shorts, and I’d even tried to get him to jump in the bed with me. Nothing worked.
Then I pulled out the one joke that I always remember and he smiled. Not because it was funny, but because I was being so corny.
I’ve finally started to realize that my cheesiness is a sign of having my guard down and just relaxing. During so much of my day, I have to be “on” for work and my guard is up. When I get cheesy, he knows that I’m just being myself and he loves that.
We love to kiss. We love to eat.
Minty lip gloss is sometimes a special gift from God when those two things collide after pigging out.
Soft lips and fresh breath.
