In everything you do, your intention should be to give love.
In every word spoken…
In every action taken…
Intentionally love him.
Bold red lips are super sexy… to us women.
A bright pink reminds us of how good we look.
Until recently, I thought guys felt the same way about a banging, new, bold shade of lipstick. Don’t get me wrong, most guys aren’t going to complain because they love the confidence that comes alongside us getting all made up, but I’ve learned that my guys loves when I get all made up and my lips are nude:)
Just my thoughts. What do you think?
Disagreements are going to happen in any relationships. No matter how great your love for each other is, it’s going to happen. Regardless, in loving a man, it’s important to know when to walk away.
Little things can escalate and explode quickly.
And don’t get me wrong, walking away from an argument isn’t easy. We all want to win, but love isn’t about winning a fight. It’s about being teammates despite the tough times.
You don’t have to have a PhD or be a rocket scientist or have a master’s degree, but there’s something sexy about being able to have an intelligent conversation.
There’s nothing sexy or attractive about being ditzi.
Yesterday I was all set to nag the hell out of my “him” over a something small. When I called him, he’d just gotten off work and I could hear in his voice that he was tired. So I took a note from my girls (Beyonce, Kelly and Michelle) and started cooking him some dinner and making sure home was nice and neat for him.
By the time I was done cooking, the thing I was planning on fussing out wasn’t even a big deal.
Sometimes you’ve got to put things on hold and give him loving attention.
The first time traveling together is sometimes a make or break deal. You can learn a lot from a person during a weekend road trip.
If you love him, you’ve probably already conquered this task. Sometimes we get caught up in taking expensive trips. Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing but goodness that comes from the vacation of your dreams, but sometimes that’s just not practical. All is not lost.
Get in your car and take a day trip to some small town. Hop on the bus and visit a nearby city. Be a tourist in your own city. Get a hotel room and let someone else clean up your mess. Big or small, traveling together helps you spread the love.

For my “him” that dinner calls for fried chicken and potatoes. Your “him” may be yearning for steak and potatoes. You know you’re guy and you know what he loves to eat (and it’s probably not the salad that you’d prefer).
